Add the Skewed Accordion block to your editor using the ‘+’ button on the top left of the editor.
Click the pencil icon on the block to switch to edit mode.
Check ‘Pull posts from News’ box to automatically generate Dixie news articles.
Select ‘Add Image’ and browse the media library for the image. (Media library guide).
Add the content: heading, text, link URL, and link text.
Repeat steps three and four on all four rows.
Tips & Good practices
Make sure to resize & optimize images for this block before uploading it to the WordPress Media Library. Use Web Services’ Optimizer to do this easily.
Keep headings and link text short. If ‘Pull posts from News’ has been selected, headings will be automatically generated; in that case long headings are excusable.
If you add a link in the Banner that leaves utahtech.edu, goes to the catalog, or directs the user to a file, make sure to check ‘Open in a new tab’.
Bad Practices
Do not use this block more than once on a page.
Do not leave any of the four rows empty. If there is not enough content for four rows, please use a different block.
