First you’ll need to add columns. The columns block can be found under ‘layout elements’ or by searching.
Add two or three columns using the settings on the right side of the editor.
Add the ‘Statistics’ block by pressing the ‘+’ button inside each column.
Pre-text (inanimate) should be the text that comes before the number. Ex: In ‘Top 5%’, the pre-text would be ‘Top’.
Statistic (animated) should be the number. Ex: In ‘Top 5%’, the statistic would be ‘5’ This text box only accepts a number.
Post-text (inanimate) should be the text that comes after the number. Ex: In ‘Top 5%’, the post-text would be ‘%’.
Add one or two short sentences in the ‘Text’ box.
Tips & Good practices
If you want more than one row of statistics, you’ll have to add another column block and statistic blocks into each column, repeating the process for each row.
If you add a link that leaves utahtech.edu, goes to the catalog, or directs the user to a file, make the link opens in a new tab.
Bad Practices
If you only have one statistic to display, this block isn’t the best to use. This block only works when added with at least two inside column.
