Video Banner Modern Block

Creating the Block

  1. Add the Two Column Modern Block to your editor using the ‘+’ button on the top left of the editor.
  2. Click the pencil icon on the block to switch to edit mode.
  3. Go to the ‘Media’ tab and add one or more YouTube video URLs. A random video will autoplay (muted) on each page load.
  4. Optionally add a ‘Fallback Image’ to display while the video loads. If left empty, the YouTube thumbnail is used automatically.
  5. Go to the ‘Content’ tab and enter a Title and optional Description to overlay on the video.
  6. Choose a ‘CTA Style’: Red Ribbon (bottom-right), Centered (below text), or None. Add up to 3 CTA buttons with text and URL.
  7. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab to choose Banner Height (Small or Large), Overlay Darkness (Light, Medium, or Heavy), and an optional Anchor ID.
